1. What is DigiINFO Alerts?
   
   

DigiINFO Alerts provides customers with the ability to sign up to
receive a selected DigiINFO SMS service each day. For example, with DigiINFO
Alerts services a customer can automatically receive their daily horoscope for
a specific sign.

2. How do I register for the service?
   Generally customers will have the option to either register to get daily
   updates on the service of their choice. To register, the customer sends the
   keyword to 4636

Example: For Daily News text RNEWS to
4636 (INFO)

3. Can I register only via Text?
   No, it is also available on Digicel live (portal.digiceltt.com)
   
   
4. How much does this service cost

Sending requests to subscribe for a Digi INFO Alerts service is FREE

Receipt of messages are charged at the same rates as those for regular
Digi INFO (TT$0.65 per request)

Charges are based on new content and NOT per message received. Example:
If a customer subscribes to the Daily News and the News for a particular day
spans 3 messages, the customer would only be charged once, and not for the
delivery of 3 messages.

5. Would I be charged for sending a registration code for the Digi
        INFO Alerts service?
   No. Registering for Digi INFO is FREE

6. I registered for ONE Digi INFO Alert, but I received 3 messages for
        the response for one day. Would I be charged for the 3 messages?
   No. You would only be charged be once (per new content received)

7. How do I stop the subscription to Digi INFO Alerts?
   All customers regardless of the method used to register can also
   un-register using the appropriate keyword(s) by sending a text to 4636; example: To
   Un-Subscribe to Daily News text XNEWS to
   4636 (INFO)

8. Does a Digi INFO Alert expire?
   No. Messages will be delivered to your handset for your subscription
   until you choose to end your.

9. Would I be charged for sending the text to be removed from the Digi
        INFO Alerts service?
   No. There would be no charge for un-subscribing.

10. Does this replace the current Digi INFO service?
    No. The regular Digi INFO service would still be available.

11. What content can I subscribe to?
