Top U Up

Digicel is pleased to offer its customers a new top up service called Top U Up!

This service will allow you to top up the Prepaid account of family and friends, from a mobile handset using a Top Up voucher or e-Card.

1. Dial *125* + 11-digit receiveing mobile number followed by #key.
2. Wait for the confirmation message
3. Then dial *125* + 13-digit voucher pin and # key to complete the Top Up voucher.
4. Both sending and receiving users receive a confimation message.

To check your account balance on the receiving handset:

1. Dial *120#
2. Then press "SEND"
3. Check your phone screen for your current balance.

Both Digicel prepaid and postpaid customers can send credit with Top U Up, but only Digicel prepaid customers can receive credit this way.

There is no charge for the service.
