Digicel Postpaid is our monthly billed, bundled minutes service that has a variety of plans to suit you!

Bundled minutes are the minutes that you receive with your Postpaid plan. Postpaid customers pay a monthly subscription and receive a pre-determined number of bundled minutes each month. Bundled minutes can be used to call all local calls in T&T - Digicel mobiles, fixed lines or other local mobiles. 

For example, if your plan has 120 bundled minutes included in the price of your plan then you have 120 minutes that can be used to call Digicel mobile or fixed lines. If you make a call to a number that is not included in your bundle then you pay the regular charges associated with that call.

If you use all 120 of your bundled minutes within a month you pay “outside the bundle” rates for all additional calls.

  • Rollover Minutes Digicel offers rollover minutes on all Postpaid plans, so if you do not use all of your bundled minutes in one month, we will roll over up to one month's minutes. For example, if you have a Postpaid plan with 120 minutes and you use 100 minutes then 20 minutes are rolled over so you start the next month with 140 minutes. You must use your bundled minutes first each month and then your rollover minutes.

How to sign up
  1. Visit a Digicel dealer store with valid picture ID (passport/driver’slicence/National ID card) and a utility bill with proof of your address.
  2. Choose your Digicel Postpaid plan and pay your $300 deposit.
  3. The Digicel team member in store will activate your Digicel Postpaid account and show you how to make the best of your phone before you leave the store.

Credit Limits
In order to help you control your account, every Digicel Postpaid plan has a monthly credit limit so you decide how much you want to spend each month. There are no surprises because you always know the maximum amount that your monthly bill can be. (Please note monthly usage may not include all current roaming charges).

Once you reach 75% of your monthly credit limit you will receive a text message notification to let you know you're approaching your credit limit. You will also receive a reminder at 95% of your credit limit. In the event that you reach 100% of your credit limit, you will only be able to receive calls.
