With our new Digi Assist help system, customers can now request information on a variety of the products and services that Digicel offers, and how to use them.

Simply dial *175# from your handset to get more information delivered right to your handset.
You would receive a response with instructions on how to obtain a list of a variety of our products and the associated short codes for those.
Once the short code for a product is known, you can dial *175*SHORT_CODE# to get information on that specific product.

Eg: Dial *175*2428# to get information on the Digi Chat service.

With this service you can access information on Digicel’s products quickly and easily without having to dial into Customer Care. Also, anyone can use Digi Assist; Both Digicel Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers.
