What is Bounce?
Bounce is an exclusive promotion available only to Digicel subscribers. Through Digicel’s Bounce, subscribers are eligible for great deals with several merchants across Trinidad and Tobago.
All you need to do is text the word ‘bounce’ to the short code 9000. You will automatically receive a list of the latest Bounce offers. Check the list, choose your offer and text to the offer code of your choice. We will then send a text message coupon back to you. To redeem the offer, simply present your mobile phone with the text message coupon to the retailer.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Each text to an offer code cost 99 cents, VAT Inclusive and the text message coupon sent to you can be reused as often as you wish during the period of the promotion.
- The cost of the text to 9000 for the full list of Bounce offers and codes will be the standard rate of 35 cents, VAT Inclusive.
- Each text message coupon will contain the details of an exclusive offer for Bounce participants with a specified retailer and a unique code. You may need to give your mobile number and the unique code when redeeming the offer.
- All offers will have an expiry date for the promotion period which will be stated in the text message coupon.
- There will be new offers every month.
- By texting ‘bounce’ to the short code 9000, you will receive the full list of current offers and each retailer’s unique short code. You can then text ‘bounce’ to the short code of the retailer of your choice to receive that retailer’s text message coupon.
- You can also subscribe to automatically receive the list of monthly deals when you text “R9000” to 4636. The cost of this text will be the standard rate of 35 cents, VAT Inclusive.
- When you text to one of the retailer codes for a coupon, you are automatically entered into a monthly draw to win great prizes from that retailer.
- Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited (‘Digicel’) reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend any Bounce offer at any time, if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of Digicel corrupt the administration, security or integrity of the Bounce offer.
- Any attempt by any subscriber to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of any Bounce offer, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may result in the termination of that subscriber’s mobile account. Should such an attempt be made, Digicel reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
