1.       How does the promotion work?

On every first top up of the month valued at $20 or more the customer will receive an additional $20 bonus top up

2.       Do Postpaid customers benefit from this promotion?

This promotion is not applicable to postpaid customers at this time.

3.       Would I get a Free top up every time I add credit to my phone?

No.  The Free top up is ONLY applicable on the very FIRST top up for the month.

4.       How much credit will I receive when I top up with an amount over $20?

For the current promotion bonus credit will always be $20

5.       Will I qualify for the $20 free top up if I receive credit from someone using the Top U up service?

Yes.  If you receive credit via the Top U Up service you will receive the $20 free top up once the top up done is $20 and over.

6.       Are Corporate Customers eligible for this promotion?

Any prepaid customer will be eligible to receive the $20 bonus top up

7.       When does this promotion end?

Promotion ends Apr 30, 2012

8.       Can I top up with 2 $10 cards to get the Free Top up?

No. Top up must be done with top up denominations of $20 or greater

When does my free top up credit expire?

Your free top up credit expires in 180 days unless you acquire additional free top up credit under this promotion during that period.

9.       Can I top up with $10 and still get the $20 free credit?

No. Top up must be with top ups denominations of $20 or greater

10.     Will I receive an extra top up during the month if I cross $100 in top ups?

No. Maximum bonus that can be received for any 1 month is $20

11.     If I top up with $20 on the 30^th of one month and then again on the 1^st of the following month will I receive the $20 free credit twice?

Example:  If I top up on June 30^th and then on July 1^st with $20 on each on both days will I now receive $40 free credit.

12.     How long after topping up will I receive my $20 credit?

Bonus top up will automatically be added to account

13.    How will I know if the bonus credit is added?

Please dial *120# where you will see the total top up plus the bonus amount.
