For every 60 minutes of incoming Digicel or International calls received by a pre-paid or post paid customer they will receive $5 free. Customers can qualify up to 3 times for the month
2. How long do I have to accumulate 60 minutes in incoming calls?
You will have one (calendar) month to accumulate the 60 minutes. For every 60 minute of incoming calls incurred in one calendar month you will receive $5 bonus credit. WITH A MAXIMUM OF 3 TIMES OR $15 IN BONUS CREDIT
3. How will I know if I qualify for “Promotion”?
Customers will receive an SMS notification saying they have received an SMS notification advising them that they have received the bonus credit.
Customers can also check their bonus credit account balance by dialing *120*4#
The customers balance by dialing *120# will include credit received from the incoming call promo.
4. Is there an expiry date on my free money?
Your free money will expire after 30 days
5. Will I qualify for “Call meh on mih Digi” if I receive calls from local landlines and other mobile networks?
No. These methods of incoming calls will not be counted as part of the cumulative minutes towards qualifying for “Promotion”.
6. Can I use the $5 bonus for any other services?
No. Your bonus of $5 is specifically for ALL voice calls , SMS and Data services ONLY.

7. At the end of the expiry date, will my accumulated minutes rollover?
No. You will have to begin again to accumulate 60 minutes to gain another $5 free money
8. What if I accumulate more than 60 mins in a month (e.g., 180 mins)?
The customer would have qualified for every 60 minutes accumulated in the month
There is a limit of 3 times that you can qualify in any calendar month.
9. How long after accumulating my 60 mins will I receive my free credit?
The customer will receive the credit instantly.
10. How will I know if the bonus credit is added?
By dialing *120*4# you will see your bonus balance and expiry date.
This USSD can be used during the course of the month.
Customers will also see their bonus credit as part of their total credit when dialing *120#
11. Will calls received FROM DIGICEL CUSTOMERS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF Free after 3 or Free Nights apply to me accumulating my 60 mins?
No. You must receive 60 minutes of chargeable calls FROM YOUR CALLER to qualify for the promotion.
12. Can customer care assist with confirming how much minutes I have accumulated?
YES. CUSTOMER CARE CAN CHECK THE ACCUMULATOR VALUES IN MINSAT

13. I am a corporate prepaid customer; can I take advantage of this promotion?
YES
14. What if I receive a call from someone in my “Circle”?
If you receive a call from someone in your circle the minutes received on that call will not apply for this promotion. It must be chargeable minutes.
15. What if I’m unable to use my Bonus money?
Note that the BONUS MONEY will not roll over.
16. What do I do if I have not received my $5 bonus money?

17. How does this promotion work for Post Paid customer?
The promotion works the same for both Post Paid and Pre Paid customers. Same conditions apply
18. How will the incoming minutes be calculated?
Per second billing still applies.
19. Would I be able to verify how much incoming minutes I have accumulated?
Customer can check how many additional incoming minutes they require to qualify for $5 bonus by dialing *140#
20. Is this promotion available while roaming?
No, this promotion is only available when on the Digicel TT network.
21. What if I receive a call from a Digicel customer who is roaming?
This call will go towards your cumulative minutes as normal.
22. What calls will not go towards me accumulating minutes for the “Call Meh on Mih Digi” promotion.

- Each time a Digicel subscriber receives a total of sixty (60) minutes in calls from another local Digicel number and/or international numbers (whether from a single or cumulative calls during a calendar month), Digicel will automatically credit the subscriber’s account (‘the promotion’) with the sum of $5.00 (‘the promotional credit’). This promotional credit only be used exclusively for voice calls, and SMS to any network together with data services over the next thirty days (30) days. The promotional credit cannot be applied towards Digichat, Digiinfo, Digicel Circle, Credit U, SMS Bundles, Prepaid Blackberry services and/or Caller Tunes.
