The countdown is on and the Digicel Carnival Burn is drawing more fitness fanatics and fun-seekers each week. On Monday, January 23, 2012, hundreds turned out to get their exercise groove on in preparation for 2012.

The able-bodied instructors of Long Circular Gym split the crowd into four groups to ensure that every participant got the most out of the workout. The varied routines, which included aerobics, Tae Bo and Zumba, kept the participants engaged while encouraging them to stretch and work every muscle group.

Digicel Endorsee Ravi B made a guest appearance and he joined the crowd and the participated in the workout with gusto. The surprises continued, as five lucky participants each won two pairs of tickets to the 2012 Digicel International Soca Monarch Semi-Finals and three young fitness-buffs won gifts for working out.

The action continues next Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Queen’s Park Savannah at 5:00 pm.
